One Small Act

I’m not an unmitigated fan of the author, journalist, and radio host Mitch Albom, though I’ve read him for years and years now in the local paper because, whatever else one could say, he’s a fine writer. But his column in the Sunday Free Press yesterday made me cry:
How one small act could define a nation
Yes. We all need more of this sort of thing. I don’t think I can add anything more.

About songdogmi

I'm a longhaired almost-hippie stuck in the inner suburbs of a major rust-belt metropolis who's thoughtful, creative, and kind of geeky. In exchange for a paycheck I run around in a cubicle maze most days. When I escape, I play music, hang out in coffee houses, dink around on the computer, take naps, and think I should be off in the woods somewhere. Every once in a while I get in my car and drive far, far away, though I've always come back so far.

  1. Wow, that’s great. This should be on the front page, not just a column.

BTW, you knew Mitch Albom is a Rock Bottom Remainder, right? 😀
